Rewards & Benefits Senior Manager
QStaffers is currently hiring a Rewards & Benefits Senior Manager for one of our partners, a leader in the retail Motor Vehicles field.
Job Summary:
As a Rewards Senior Manager, you will be responsible for he effective design, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s total rewards strategy, ensuring policy compliance, operational excellence, budget alignment, and effective stakeholder collaboration across annual rewards activities
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, improvement, and implementation of reward policies and procedures in alignment with the company's compensation philosophy.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all compensation practices
- Managing the annual budgeting process (Business Planning) and quarterly cost adjustment processes (Rolling Estimate) for employees.
- Oversee annual pay review cycle, including compensation modeling, creating increment grids, and executing salary adjustments.
- • Manage short-term incentive programs, including operational bonuses, variable Pay, and annual bonuses.
- Act as a partner with stakeholders, advising and aligning them on compliance with HR policies.
- Maintains, administers, updates, and develops compensation and benefits programs and policies, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies, as well as alignment with the approved budget
- Manage annual processes (Merit Increase & Annual Bonus), long-term incentive plans, and provide support to eligible colleagues, as well as ad-hoc processes (e.g., offer and package analysis).
- Provides necessary data for salary surveys and conducts follow-up analysis required in various processes/reports (e.g., annual salary grid design
- Create reports that track total rewards costs and provide leadership with insights into trends and budget implications.
- Provide compensation packages and salary proposals for selected job candidates in collaboration with the Talent team.
- Translate workforce planning into detailed costing for all business units in Egypt.
- Collaborate with Finance to track budgets and forecast monthly people-related expenses.
- Oversee corporate agreements with benefits providers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend improvements to support company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of work experience with at least 4 years of Compensation and Benefits experience.
- Strong and proven analytical skills.
- Experience working on Total Rewards and Benefits project rollouts.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, HR analytics tools) and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Proven track record in policy design, job grading, and benefits negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving common goals.
