Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
QStaffers is currently hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our partners, a global leader in the real estate field.
Job Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full talent acquisition process to ensure the timely attraction and selection of qualified candidates in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The role ensures effective sourcing, consistent process application, and supports the onboarding of new employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational and workforce needs.
- Execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring timely hiring in line with business requirements.
- Apply competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques to support effective and fair hiring decisions.
- Utilize recruitment platforms, job boards, and networking channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Evaluate and optimize sourcing channels to maintain a sustainable and diverse talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and educational institutions.
- Support employer branding activities such as career fairs, university partnerships, and recruitment campaigns.
- Guide and support junior members of the Talent Acquisition team, promoting collaboration and best practices.
- Coordinate onboarding programs and facilitate orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Assist in managing internship programs to build and sustain an early talent pipeline.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to HR management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of HR experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition
Special Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of sourcing methods and employer branding
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
