Salesforce Operations Senior Engineer
QStaffers is currently hiring a Salesforce Operations Senior Engineer for one of our partners, a global leader in the real estate field.
Job Summary:
The Salesforce Operations Senior Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of the Salesforce platform across the organization, to meet business requirements, maintain Salesforce database, Integrate Salesforce applications with other systems, develop and maintain Salesforce reports & data migration a dashboard when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with users and technology partner and apply business requirements through salesforce.
• Develop/Administer Salesforce platform components, capabilities, and features.
• Coordinate with concerned teams to identify, define, interpret, and clarify scope of the Salesforce platform integrations.
• Develop and maintain automation for deployments to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency across Salesforce.
• Lead solution design discussions, develop work effort estimates for implementation and presents solutions.
• Provide training, coaching, and support for issues relating to the Salesforce platform internal concerned with authorized teams.
• Respond to requests and troubleshooting in SLA.
• Ad hoc reports/analysis once needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Prior experience with the overall Salesforce platform and working knowledge of Salesforce integration approaches.
• Certified Salesforce platform App builder, SCA, Salesforce Associate is a must.
• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience in managing Salesforce integration with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
